27 cognitive drills

Pick a dimension. Each drill runs in under five minutes — no leaderboards, no shame, just a quiet way to notice what your attention is doing today.

Drills run client-side. Your data stays on this device — we don't ship scores anywhere.

Blue Dot

Tap blue. Skip red. 30 seconds.

SelectiveInhibitory

A reaction-time drill. A blue dot appears at random — tap it. Red dots appear too; ignore them. The 30-second clock is the only pressure, and you can pause anytime.

Schulte Grid

Find 1 → 25 in order. Gentle peripheral vision.

SustainedWorking Memory

A 5×5 grid of numbers 1–25 in random order. Find them in sequence as fast as you can. Builds peripheral vision and quiet sustained attention — without timer pressure.

Hold the Line

Hold the button. Don't let go. 3 rounds × 7 seconds.

Sustained

A sustained attention drill. Press and hold the button for 7 seconds. Release early = miss. Complete 3 rounds to finish. Builds resistance to the impulse to give up halfway.
